mxm_wifiex: move SCR.txt to root folder and rename LICENSE file
SCR.txt and LICENSE files should be in root folder, also need to rename
the gpl-2.0.txt file to work better with GitHub.

Add initial MxM (multi-chip-multi-interface) wifi driver.
The driver target is to support 88w8987/88w8997/88w9098,
currently it only supports 88w8987.
The MxM wifi driver is merged from below repo and applied some
patches for block and build issues.

The sdk only includes application, the driver already is
merged into linux kernel.
