Sherry Sun 9dd4ac0ef2 imx-firmware: correct the License File name in SCR.txt 
The License File name now is LICENSE.txt instead of EULA.text, so
correct it in SCR.txt.

These subdirectories provide firmware for Broadcom Bluetooth and Wifi support for i.MX Linux Releases.

A more complete installation for Broadcom Bluetooth and Wifi enablement is available on 
nxp.com/imx6tools in the Broadcom Firmware package under Linux.
