Remove the mac_addr configuration for SD9098 and PCIE9098, as this
configuration will cause the 88w9098 devices fail to get the IP address
from the AP when test multiple 88w9098 devices at the same time.

3. Solved the issue while reconnecting to AP after channel switch in 5GHz
band for 40MHz/80MHz channel bandwidth
4. Addressed the issue for Roaming from AP1 to AP2 which was failing
using wpa_cli roam command in 5GHz band for 40MHz/80MHz channel bandwidth
BT Bug Fixes:

1. Invalid / garbage data was observed in Test mode during BT RF testing
2. Made changes to set default PCM configuration settings in firmare
3. Disabled CS2 and Adv Ext features for MM release
4. BLE qualification related fixes
5. Fixed issue where controller was giving incorrect error code,
Corrected the error code per spec
6. Added fix of setting correct values for default parameter length when
DLE (Data Length Extension) is enabled with LR (Long Range) disabled
7. Added change to restrict Wesco to 4 for single slot EV packets
