context: Fix order of PID/VID in a debug message

Browse source 
When no driver is found for an USB device a debug message is
printed. However, it has PID and VID in wrong order - usually it
is Vendor ID which goes first. This is how 'lsusb' prints it.
Matching the order helps debugging.
